Enamel paint anti-rust for roofs with metal roofing

Coloured paint finish, suitable for zinc surfaces, indicated for gutters, downspouts, shutters, windows and doors, garage doors and garage, gates, wire mesh and perimeter fences.
Apply directly onto the product without any base coat or anti-rust. It allows you to paint in half the time and half the expense.
Before starting to paint the surface, degrease with a synthetic or nitro thinner.
Protects from atmospheric agents: galvanized steel structures, aluminium and hard plastic material such as PVC.
Elastic, adheres strongly to the substrate and does not detach, even after years of exposure to the weather and despite ageing.
It has a satin appearance and does not yellow, maintaining its original colour even after a long time.

Can be diluted with water.

Keep the product at a temperature no lower than 1°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.

On surfaces treated with sealers and/or suitable bases, the product covers 8÷10m²/lt for each coat.

The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.

To apply with a brush, dilute at 4÷7%. To apply with a wool roller, dilute at 7%. To apply with a spray, dilute at 8÷10%.

In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the surface is dry to the touch in 2÷3 hours and can be painted over after 18 hours.

Use at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.

CYCLE: Before applying the product, make sure the surface to be treated is perfectly clean, dry and without any traces of oil or grease. Remove any traces of rust by sanding. Proceed with the first coat of paint. After at least 18 hours in normal humidity and temperature conditions the second coat can be applied.

WARNINGS: Mix the product well before use.

NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.
Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C - max +35°C - humidity<10%.
It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.
