Mix with water.
Keep in a dry and ventilated place. The product, sealed in the original package keeps for a period of one year.
Any package residue must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
Mix with approximately 200 grams of water per 1 kg of quick cement.
Average setting time (at 22°C and relative humidity at 60%) 2 to 4 minutes.
Use at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
CYCLE: The substrate where Cemento rapido is applied, must be stable (not subject to hygrometric shrinkage or to detachment of loose parts), free of dust, salts, greasy or oily substances. Wet the surface thoroughly before application.
Cemento rapido must be applied quickly, in a time that does not exceed 2 minutes. If the mixture starts the hardening phase, no more water must be added, so mix small quantities of Cemento rapido at a time.
WARNINGS: Mix the product with an indicated quantity of water and do not add any more to restore the workability after it has started to set. During the summer, use fresh water to mix and do not expose the sacks to the sun before using them. In the winter, use water at about 15 to 20°C. Do not apply to substrates that are frozen, thawing or with frost risk in the 24 hours after applying. Using an excessive amount of mixing water determines the reduction of mechanical strength and the increase in hydraulic shrinkage of the hardened mortar.
The product is ready to use and should be mixed only with potable water. The addition of foreign matter may compromise the technical-applicative characteristics.
