Styrene-acrylic resin based sealer, in aqueous emulsion, fine mineral fillers and rutile titanium dioxide.
Suitable for strengthening deep down due to its penetrating power and fine roughness. It favours optimal adhesion of subsequent finishing coats with a consequent better coverage and filling effect.
Recommended as a base coat before applying acrylic plastic coatings on smooth and not very absorbent walls, with the addition of with anti-mould agents and anti-algae for external use.
Suitable for interiors and exteriors, for old and flaky walls, as it has high penetration strength. Excellent as a base coat on new walls of cement, fibre-cement and plaster, ideal for gypsum and plasterboard substrates, indoors. Due to its excellent covering, you can save a coat of finishing product. Excellent as a preparation coat on coloured walls with very dark colours and/or chromatically non-uniform.

Can be diluted with water. Can be mixed with CIPIR colourants or with the "ChròmaSystem" colouring system.
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
The product covers 8÷10 m²/lt for each coat.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
To apply with a brush, dilute at 10÷15% To apply with a wool roller, dilute at 10%. To determine the necessary dilution, previously check the substrate absorption.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the surface is dry to the touch in 3 to 5 hours and can be painted over after 24 hours.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: On new substrates: make sure that the walls are dusted and perfectly dry, repair any defects and/or cracking, then apply a coat of CipirFond. After 6÷8 hours, the first coat of the desired finish can be applied.
On old substrates: accurately clean the surface of old non-adherent paint and remove other peeling parts. If there is mould, treat the walls with CipirFond. Check that the substrate is perfectly dry and dusted and then apply a coat of . Wait for at least 6÷8 hours before applying the first coat of the desired finish.
WARNINGS: Mix the product well before use. To apply outdoors it is recommended to protect the treated surface from humidity and rain for at least 48 hours after applying the product.
NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.
Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C - max +35°C - humidity<10%.
It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.

Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
