Acrylic siloxane transparent sealing water-based fixative.
Acrylic and siloxane resin based sealer in aqueous dispersion, suitable for strengthening deep down, due to its excellent penetrating strength. It stops the treated surface from peeling. Alkali resistant and is ideal for preparing walls to be treated with acrylic siloxane paint and coatings, plastic coatings and other acrylic paints.
Suitable for interiors and exteriors and for old and peeling walls as it has strong penetrating power. It is also suitable for concrete, two-coat plaster, rustic, premixed plasters, gypsum and plasterboard.

The product can be slightly dirtied with the siloxane paint, which will be used subsequently to favour better coverage of the first finishing coat.
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
The product covers 12÷15 m²/lt for each coat.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
Dilute one part of the product with 6 parts of water.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the surface is dry to the touch in 3 to 5 hours and can be painted over after 24 hours.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: On new substrates: make sure that the walls are dusted and perfectly dry, repair any defects and/or cracking, then apply a coat of FixOxan. After 12÷18 hours, the first coat of the desired finish can be applied.
On old substrates: accurately clean the surface of old non-adherent paint and remove other peeling parts. If there is mould, treat the walls with FixOxan. Check that the substrate is perfectly dry and dusted and then apply a coat of "FIXOXAN". Wait for at least 12÷18 hours before applying the first coat of the desired finish.
WARNINGS: Mix the product well before use. To apply outdoors it is recommended to protect the treated surface from humidity and rain for at least 48 hours after applying the product.
NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.
Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C - max +35°C - humidity<10%.
It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
