Lime-based continuous mineral coating
Continuous coating based on long cured pit lime, natural colourants, ecologic additives and selected fillers that give the product excellent colour stability over time and protection from the formation of mould. The high water vapour permeability allows it to be used on special plaster, used in sanitation work against dampness.
On two-coat plaster, cement, insulation systems, concrete, gypsum, plasterboard and roughcast plaster. It is widely used in the renovation and decoration of the walls in the historic centers.

The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
The product is ready to use.
Consumption depends on the particle size: very fine type: 0.5÷0.8kg/m² type M1: 1.4÷1.8kg/m² type M2: 2.0÷2.3kg/m²
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: On new substrates: make sure that the plaster has reached the ripening of at least 28 days, check that the surface is dry, clean, without the presence of dust or inconsistent parts. Then apply a coat of fixative "FIXCIPIR" diluted with water in the max ratio of 1 part of product in 6 parts of water. Allow at least 12 to 18 hours then apply the coating IntoCal.
On already painted or damaged substrates: proceed with careful removal of the old paint does not adhere to the support, in addition to any other parts not perfectly bonded to the surface. In case of presence of mold is recommended to treat the walls with "RISANMUR" Verified that the wall is perfectly dry and dusted, we proceed with the application of fixative high penetration micro particles "LACCA 140W" spent another 12 ÷ 18 hours may be applied IntoCal.
WARNINGS: Mix the product well before use. To apply outdoors it is recommended to protect the treated surface from humidity and rain for at least 48 hours after applying the product.
NOTE: Ideal ambient conditions: temperature: min. +8°C max. +30°C relative humidity <70%. Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C max. +30°C - humidity <10%. It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated. Applying the product in unsuitable environmental conditions, negatively affects the drying time, compromising the optimal result of both the aesthetic characteristics and its performance.
Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
Use in a well-ventilated area.
