Transparent fixative sealing base with micro-particles and water-based.
Styrene-acrylic resin based sealer in an aqueous emulsion with micro-particles. Suitable for strengthening deep down, due to its excellent penetrating power. It stops the treated surface from peeling. It is alkali-resistant and has excellent anti-carbonate properties. It is also optimal for the preparation of surfaces that will be treated with siloxane or acrylic-siloxane products.
Suitable for interiors and exteriors and for old and peeling walls as it has strong penetrating power. It is also suitable for concrete, two-coat plaster, rustic, premixed plasters, gypsum and plasterboard.

Can be diluted with water.
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
The product covers 8÷10 m²/lt for each coat.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
To apply with a brush or roller, dilute a ratio of one part of the product with 3 parts of water.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the surface is dry to the touch in 3 to 5 hours and can be painted over after 24 hours.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: On new substrates: make sure that the walls are dusted and perfectly dry, repair any defects and/or cracking, then apply a coat of Lacca 140W. After 12÷18 hours, the first coat of the desired finish can be applied.
On old substrates: accurately clean the surface of old non-adherent paint and remove other peeling parts. If there is mould, treat the walls with "RISANMUR". Check that the substrate is perfectly dry and dusted and then apply a coat of Lacca 140W. Wait for at least 12÷18 hours before applying the first coat of the desired finish.
WARNINGS: Mix the product well before use. Outdoors, it is recommended to protect the surface from the rain or humidity for at least 48 hours after applying the product.
NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.
Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C - max +35°C - humidity<10%.
It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
