Silicate-based impregnating agent sealer.
Sealer with potassium silicate base and additives. It has excellent penetrating and silicatizing strength. It prepares and strengthens the substrate that will be subsequently treated with a silicate-based finish. It can also be used to dilute water-based silicate paint "RESTAURASIL".
Used to prepare absorbent mineral substrates, on which silicate or potassium based paints or coatings must be applied.

Can be diluted with water.
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
The product covers 18÷20m²/lt for each coat.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
To apply with a brush or roller, do not exceed the maximum dilution of 100%. Before diluting the product, test the absorption of the wall.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the surface is dry to the touch in 3 to 5 hours and can be painted over after 24 hours.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: On new substrates: clean the surface well, removing dust and any other impurities, check that the substrate is perfectly dry then apply PrimerSil, diluted according to the absorption of the substrate. After 24 hours, the first finishing coat can be applied.
On old and already painted substrates: totally remove old paint until the surface is bare (essential, as PrimerSil must contact a mineral substrate). Remove any trace of dust or other impurities from the wall and when the substrate is dry, apply PrimerSil, diluted according to the absorption of the wall. After at least 24 hours, you can apply the first finishing coat.
WARNINGS: Mix the product well before use. During application, protect wooden, metal, stone and glass parts from any contact with PrimerSil.
NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.
Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C - max +35°C - humidity<10%.
It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
