Water-based siloxanic resin base product. Penetrates into the pores of the treated surface, making it water repellent without altering its breathability and appearance.
Protects from humidity, dirt and mould, two-coat plaster, reinforced concrete, stone coatings and exposed brick. Water and atmospheric agent resistant.

Can be diluted with water. The product cannot be mixed
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
On surfaces treated with sealers and/or suitable primers, the product covers 8÷10 m²/lt for each coat.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
The product is ready to use.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the surface is dry to the touch in 2÷3 hours.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: On new substrates: SilossanFas can be applied onto surfaces that have never been treated with any product or on treated surfaces with breathable decorative products. Before applying SilossanFas, make sure the surface of the substrate is dry, clean and without any trace of oil or grease. Silossanfas must be applied with a new, clean brush, taking care to apply the product evenly without accumulating any of the product on the treated surface.
WARNINGS: Mix the product well before use. Cover any surfaces that do not need to be treated.
NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.
Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C - max +35°C - humidity<10%.
It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
