Ecological satin enamel advanced technology, based on acrylic resins in water emulsion and light-resistant pigments.
Vernice acrilica per pavimenti is a non-toxic, low odor and quick drying. It has features of non-flammability, non-yellowing and tools can be cleaned with plain water. Very durable, maintains long a velvety appearance.
Due to its high resistance, nail acrylic flooring is ideal for protecting highly exposed soils (garage) or subjected to harsh climatic conditions (terraces, balconies, window sills ...).
The product is ready for use. If necessary, to decrease the viscosity, it can be diluted with water in a proportion not exceeding 5% of the volume.
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
The enamel for floors has a theoretical yield of 12 to 13 square meters per liter of product.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
It should be left to spend six hours from the first coat application to be recoated.
The enamel for floors, in normal conditions of temperature (20 ° C) and relative humidity (50%), is impervious to dust already after 30 minutes and dry to the touch after 2 hours. Use the product within temperatures between + 12 ° C and + 30 ° C.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
CYCLE: • new floors in the concrete surface must be matured (at least 60 days), dry, clean and dusted. Verify the surface absorption (test: pour a few drops of water on the surface which will quickly absorb the liquid). Then apply the first coat. After at least 6 hours before applying the second coat; • Old stained floors: thoroughly wash the surface with degreasing agents, rinse. Let it dry and then begin the application cycle of the product;
• already painted floors: wash the surface removing any loose or flaking old vernicie. Cater to the surface grinding with abrasive paper. Dusting and test the adhesion of the paint on the surface. Verified membership, begin the application cycle of the product.
Application:
• Easy application with wide brush or roller in two layers. On very porous surfaces, you may need a third layer;
• rapid hardening: take some precautions the first days (N.B. the presence of a liquid, eg. Rain, can make the slippery surface painted).
Maintenance:
• dusting and, occasionally, passing a damp cloth (mild detergent, no ammonia).
Renewal: • apply a new coat of polish to floors after proper preparation.
NOTE: To "smooth" soils (or slabs treated with a gripping slow-motion) need a mechanical preparation (sanding, blasting).
