Hemihydrate calcium sulphate is obtained from baking selected and fineness controlled white gypsum stone.
Particularly suitable, for its whiteness and resistance in the ceramic industry for moulds or models, for artistic and industrial forms. It is ideal for teaching and bricolage.

Mixing water around 75%. For casting, add 85% of water.
Store the product at temperatures no lower than 5°C, out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original package, keeps for a period of 1 year.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the setting time is around 8÷10 minutes- It is completely set after 15÷20 minutes.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C.
CYCLE: FOR SMOOTHING Before applying Gesso ceramico as a smoother, make sure the substrate is free from dust, grease, oil stains, soot, detached parts, etc.
The surfaces to be treated must have no crumbly parts, be consistent and have no holes (they must be previously filled).
FOR CASTING Used in the preparation of products, moulds, samples etc.
After adding water to Gesso ceramico (80 - 85 %), homogenize the paste manually or with the mechanical mixer and then cast it into the mould.
WARNINGS: Mix Gesso ceramico with clean water, making sure that the water is not too cold in the winter and not too hot in the summer.
Gesso ceramico must be used in its original state without adding any other material.
