Excellent base to enhance decorative colours
Paint with a slightly silky effect, formulated with: siloxane resin to adjust the absorption of the substrates and to ensure the excellent workability of decorative products; fine silica powder to facilitate the application of the decorative colours and paste products; titanium to confer excellent coverage and white balance.

Can be diluted with water. The product can be mixed with specific colourants.
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
The product theoretically covers 6÷7m²/lt for each coat. The coverage however depends on the type of substrate on which the product is applied.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
For the first coat, dilute at al 30÷40%. For the second, at 20÷30%.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%) dust-free time: 30 minutes. Leave at least 2÷4 hours between the two coats. It can be decorated after 4÷6 hours and is completely dry after 24 hours.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: New untreated surfaces: apply a coat of the sealing fixative to strengthen the substrate and at the same time, reduce and make its porosity and absorption level homogeneous. Once the base is dry, apply two coats of Fondo di base universale, suitably diluted, with a brush or a roller.
Treated surfaces: apply a coat of fixative to make the substrate porosity homogeneous, to obtain a suitable anchorage between the existing colour and the one you decide to apply. Once the base is dry, apply two coats of Fondo di base universale, suitably diluted, with a brush or a roller.
Old and flaky surfaces: Before doing anything else, make sure you have brushed the surface, eliminated any flaky paint, washed the substrate if there is any grease (kitchen vapours), filled any cracks and smoothed any evident irregularities. Apply as recommended for walls that are already painted.
NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.

It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
