It gives rooms a subtle fragrance that evokes traditional stucco.
It is formulated according to ancient tradition: wood-firing river stones to obtain long-cured pit lime, which was mixed with selected marble powders. The difference is in modern laboratory research and using the latest technology.
It is highly breathable and is a natural anti-mould par excellence.
Ready to use. Can be mixed with specific decorative colourants.
Store the product at a temperature, no lower than 5°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
On surfaces treated with sealers and/or suitable bases, the product covers 4÷6m²/kg for each coat. Coverage varies according to the type of substrate and the application technique used.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
Use a stainless steel spatula with rounded edges. Frequently clean any solidified residue from the spatula with a damp cloth.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), dust-free time: 1÷4 hours. Completely dry after 24÷48 hours depending on the thickness.
Use at ambient temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: Prepare the substrate with "FONDO DI BASE" following the product instructions.
Colouring Stucco antico: after pouring the colourant, necessary to achieve the colour you have chosen, mix the product carefully, using a drill with special stirrer. Make sure you mix the product well, including the bottom of the tin.
Colouring Stucco antico is recommended before preparing the substrate. Once coloured, Stucco antico tends to be liquid. Leave it to rest for at least 24 hours in a cool place so that it acquires its typical creamy consistency.
Spatulating and polishing Stucco antico: on a well-prepared substrate, apply a first coat with the specific spatula, with a thickness of at least 1/2 mm.
Once dry, sand the substrate with very fine sandpaper to finish the surface and eliminate any drips or imperfections. Dust the surface carefully with a slightly damp cloth.
To achieve the typical spatulated effect, apply another coat of Stucco antico, working in small sections (around 1m²), recreating the typical leopard spot, spatulated effect. As soon as it begins to dry and lighten, it will be easy to polish with the clean stainless steel trowel.
The surface can be further protected and washable by using a paste with a Castile soap base.
NOTE: Ideal environmental conditions: temperature: min. +8°C - max +35°C relative humidity<75%.
Ideal substrate conditions: temperature: min. +5°C - max +35°C - humidity<10%.
It is recommended to apply the product in favourable climatic conditions as indicated.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.
in favourable climatic conditions as indicated. Applying the product in unsuitable environmental conditions, negatively affects the drying time, compromising the optimal result of both the aesthetic characteristics and its performance.
Do not apply on fresh and alkaline substrates; wait for it to cure (generally four weeks).
Use in a well-ventilated area.
