Micaceous iron paint, which is protective and finishes iron surfaces.
Particularly suitable for enhancing gates and iron products. It keeps corrosion under control with long lasting protection.
It is a paint, based on select oils and resins and micaceous iron pigments, whose lamellar structure ensures maximum resistance of the protective film to the penetration of humidity, sulphurous gas and UV rays.
With equal coating, the film has a much higher thickness than traditional paints. It has good expansion characteristics, hence the good results that are obtained also on irregular surfaces. Before applying Fasfer, the surface must be perfectly cleaned, brushed and sanded to remove all traces of rust and/or impurities.
It is particularly suitable for enhancing iron surfaces. It keeps corrosion under control with long-lasting protection.
Can be diluted with white spirit or synthetic thinner.
Keep the product at a temperature no lower than 1°C out of direct sunlight. The product, stored and sealed in the original packages, keeps for a period of 2 (two) years.
The empty jar and washing residue of the used equipment must be disposed of, according to local regulations in force.
To apply with a brush or roller, dilute at 5÷7%. To apply with a spray, dilute at 8÷10%.
In normal temperature conditions (22°C) and relative humidity (60%), the surface is dry to the touch in 3 to 5 hours and can be painted over after 24 hours.
Use at ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Avoid application in case of strong rain, wind and high sunlight.
CYCLE: On new metal products: accurately clean and degrease the surface to be painted, make sure the substrate is dry and without any traces of rust. Apply the first coat of Fasfer with a brush or spray. Let at least 24 hours pass and then proceed with the application of the second coat of Fasfer.
WARNINGS:
Mix the product well, before and during use. Protect the surface from rain and humidity for a period of at least 48 hours after applying the product.
